JOB DESCRIPTION ODOO ERP PROJECT MANAGER Job Title Odoo ERP Project Manager Department Technology / ERP Solutions Location [Baghdad] Employment Type Full-Time Experience 3–5 Years (Odoo / ERP) Language Arabic & English (Required) Reporting to Managing Director / Head of Delivery 1. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our technical/functional teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget — while maintaining the highest quality standards. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▸ Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations from kick-off through go-live and post-launch support ▸ Facilitate business requirement workshops and produce detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) ▸ Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers ▸ Manage project scope and process Change Requests (CR) in coordination with stakeholders ▸ Coordinate and supervise functional consultants, technical developers, and client key users ▸ Conduct weekly status meetings and deliver progress reports to both internal and client leadership ▸ Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and obtain formal sign-off ▸ Plan and execute data migration, cutover activities, and go-live readiness checks ▸ Identify, log, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively ▸ Manage the handover to the support team after go-live (SLA transition) ▸ Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education & Certifications ▸ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering ▸ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification — strongly preferred ▸ Odoo Functional or Technical Certification (Odoo S.A.) — a strong advantage ▸ PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus Technical Skills ▸ Hands-on experience with at least 2 complete Odoo ERP implementations ▸ Strong knowledge of Odoo modules: Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing ▸ Understanding of Odoo's 5-phase implementation methodology (Success Pack) ▸ Experience managing data migration processes (Excel templates, Odoo import tools) ▸ Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, Odoo.sh) ▸ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Odoo Project) Soft Skills ▸ Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English ▸ Strong leadership and team management abilities ▸ Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills ▸ High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ▸ Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term client success 4. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE ▸ Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing ERP projects ▸ Familiarity with GMP compliance, batch/lot tracking, and regulated industry requirements ▸ Knowledge of Iraqi / regional accounting standards and tax regulations ▸ Prior experience working with an official Odoo Partner company 5.
